Blast Equality Collab is dedicated to helping participants build both internal and collective capacities to eliminate personal and/or process assumptions. Members also learn how to put people first while making decisions with a higher degree of integrity and accuracy by having to do so in real-world game/event situations. By directing our attention on the here and now, we facilitate embodied responsibilities for cultivating fair environments while embodying equality – in sports, work and life. This is reflected through our referee assigning practices and our Play Now - Thrive Always (PNTA) events.
