Blast Equality Collab™ is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping members build both internal and collective capacities to eliminate personal and/or process assumptions. Members also learn how to put people first while making decisions with a higher degree of integrity and accuracy by having to do so in real-world game/event situations. By directing our attention on the here and now, we facilitate embodied responsibilities for cultivating fair environments while embodying equality – in sports, work and life.

We are now collecting donations in memory of Stephanie Daily, a former Bay Area basketball player with a gentle, yet fierce spirit. Cancer took her too soon and we strive to honor her legacy of kindness, dedication, loyalty and perseverance.
Join our event kickoff zoom on October 17th at 7:30pm to hear from some of Steph's family, friends and featured guests followed by Blast Equality's annual referee zoom training where our youth referees learn how to embody Stephanie's #DailyStrong message each time they take the floor!
